In this exclusive first look at Jackass: Best and Last, Steve-O gets a prostate exam by a humanoid robot named Larry.
Johnny Knoxville admits the final installment in the Jackass franchise is so "emotional" he cried four times on the last day of filming.
Jackass: Best and Last arrives in theaters on June 26, 2026.
Johnny Knoxville and the gang are going out with a literal bang in Jackass: Best and Last.
Last week, a "double explosion" reported from a Simi Valley, Calif., dog park turned out to be a fiery stunt to close out the June 26 film. "That's our special effects guy, Elia [Popov], just really showing off," Knoxville tells Entertainment Weekly. "He loves to blow s--- up… we were all kind of shocked."
Shock and awe has been the winning combo for the Jackass crew since their 2000 debut on MTV (its second episode scored the highest ratings in network history). After three seasons, they made the switch from TV to film with five big-screen releases, most recently 2022's Jackass Forever.

For their final bow, Jackass: Best and Last, the gang's all here — Steve-O, Chris Pontius, Dave England, Jason "Wee Man" Acuna, Ehren McGhehey, Preston Lacy — plus a new cast member: a humanoid robot named Larry.
In his big scene, Larry gets to know Steve-O pretty intimately when the robot gives him a rectal exam. The situation got even stickier when Knoxville suggested Larry's lube of choice: crunchy peanut butter.
The idea for the stunt actually came from the people at RoboStore. "Why don't you have him stick his finger up someone's butt?" they suggested to Knoxville.

As it turned out, "the robot people" had already been training Larry to perform a prostate exam. Unfortunately for Steve-O, however, Larry can only do it with "the more complicated hand with three fingers that are big and square and sharp," explains Jackass: Best and Last director Jeff Tremaine.
Fans can expect the usual laughs in Best and Last, but also a few tears as the jackasses close this (sometimes physically painful) chapter of their lives.
"It actually is emotional," says Knoxville. "That really lands, this being the last film. And, I think it's the first Jackass movie where I ever choked up… I mean, the last day of filming I cried, like, four times."

True to the title, they really did save the best for last. In addition to the robot rectal exam, there's also "an escape room from hell."
"He really overdid it on this one," Tremaine says of Knoxville's "torture" skills. "This one was… I don't know, more condensed and more intense," explains Knoxville. "I'm gonna try to torture the guys less now that Jackass is over."
