American Idol season 24 premiered on Jan. 26

After Disney Night on April 20, there are seven performers left in the competition

The remaining singers will take the stage for Taylor Swift Night on April 27

Out of the 127 contestants who made it through to Hollywood Week in Nashville, only seven remain on American Idol.

Season 24 of the longtime reality singing competition show kicked off on Jan. 26, and heading into the April 20 episode, there were only a handful of performers left in the running to be crowned the next winner.

During April 13's Rock & Roll Hall of Fame episode, two singers — Philmon Lee and Rae — were sent home. The most recent episode was Disney Night, but there was not enough Mickey Mouse magic for everyone on the American Idol stage. Two more performers were eliminated from the competition.

So, with only a few episodes left, here's who is safe and who was eliminated on American Idol's Disney Night, and what the contestants have said about their 24 journey.

Inskeep continued, "It's been a crazy challenge; so to make it this far, everything else is overflow at this point."
